Answers:

Wow, that is quite the dynamic household! And it must get very stressful at times.

Behavior modification therapy is a good place to start, as would diet (in some cases). Speak to both a nutritionist and an accredited mental health care professional. Drugs dont have to be the answer, and in most cases arent anyway without other therapies at the same time.

I think having the kids together is going to be the most challenging as they will all feed off of eachother. Having them in seperate activities (swim lessons, dance lessons, tennis lessons, piano lessons, etc) would be of big benefit. Also getting them all into counselling seperately (but using the same counsellor so that they can have the odd session together) would be of benefit to. The counsellor can help them learn ways to cope, possibly be less impulsive with behavior therapies and also help with depression... which is something most ADHD kids suffer with at some point.

I dont know how you do it!
