Weird bugs swimmin' in my pool and biting me?

Man, I'm trying to swim in my pool and these bugs be jumpin' me... They look like uhh... Crap I don't know how to explain it, like fleas only they can swim. they can like go to the very bottom of the pool and they always cling to the ladder, and when I finally get in they bite my legs and crap. Chlorine doesnt kill them chemicals doesnt kill them... it's freaking insane. What are they?! how do I kill them?

OK, bug bites...ouch! I hate those things. lol. Well, what i do if i have any bug bites (even though this may sound weird) i put clear nail polish over it. What this does is seal the top of it so that it won't get infected or get any bacteria in it. And for me it also helps with the itchiness. Just make sure that you put clear nail polish over it or else you will look really weird. And don't worry...no one will be able to see it as long as it is clear.
