I have confronted this person and all she does is deny it the thing is she has spread these rumors too professionals and alot more people

You can bring a civil suit against the person and you have the burden of proof. The homeowner's umbrella policy usually defends the person because the insurance will pay if you win so you will be up against corporate lawyers. You need solid proof, and an attorney willing to take the case or enough money to pay an at tourney to take the case. This is a really hard thing to sue for. All the best.
