Does Panic disorder ever go away? If so How?
About 4 months ago I was diagnosed with Panic disorder, and I have been on and off of different medications. The only one that worked was Xanax but now I am pregnant and cannot take that. The OB gave me Atarax which makes me feel like crap, I do not know what to do? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had panic disorder and generalized anxiety disorder. My panic disorder disappeared as I got older. But my anxiety disorder I still have, and take meds for it, and I'm doing great on them.
