Just as the questions says.. Any natural(non prescription) remedies to bipolar or attention deficit disorder?
Answers:
Eliminate sugar in the diet.
Do not smoke or be around smokers.
Get plenty of sleep- every night.
Take time for yourself, every day. This might be read a book, soak in the tub, long hot shower, sit outside in the evenings, sing your favorite songs, walks
Exercise. It is a proven fact that exercise releases endorphines that help with sending out more seratonin in the brain. It helps with mood, concentration and over all good feeling.
Play with a pet. It is relaxing and you can always share your thoughts and feeling with out getting negative feed back.
Eat healthy. Drink lots of water. Take a one a day, multivitamin.
