What is your opinion?

I know a guy who genuinely believes he's an angel.
He also believes he's a prophet...
He is a good person, but he has a "know it all" type of personality.
He is really quick to point other peoples' faults but never acknowledges his own...

Could he be Narcissistic?
I am really confused. I am seriously wondering if he has mental issues.

He has been through a lot in his childhood. I don't want to get into detail, but he's been through very traumatic experiences when he was younger. He is 24 now....

I was hoping someone could enlighten me *if possible* with the few facts I have given you...

As long as he is not hurting any one, but he sound a bit off the road, may be it would be a good idea for you too get a new friend, as you are not qualified to help him, as he thinks he is perfect and when he acknowledges that some one like you thinks he is not he may become dangerous. Take care
