I don't know if I have a spirit in my house or if its just my instinct?!

I don't know if I have a spirit in my house or if its just my instinct?

Last nght i was sleeping and I kind ofwokeup because i heard a noise. I think it was my mom or brother in the kitchen but it wasnt. I always feel like soemthing is floating in the room or an orb or something.Since i take off my glasses everynight i cant see well. I think that's the problem,but even with my glasses i feel them. Am i going mad, the theory of science, or is this apartment (or the whole building) haunted?

i have seen weird things in my life too . all i can say is for you to pray that has helped me with my experiences .
