Depressed about health?
I'm a 20 yo male not in the best health. I have a lot of heart problems and have had many surgeries. I also have a pacemaker (machine to help my heart beat). I've been told I'll have more surgery in the future. I'm starting to get depressed, I'm tired of all the doctors and the surgeries, there is no real cure for my problems, I just have to keep seeing doctors about it all my life. How do I become happy? I've had these problems since birth. I worry about my health all the time and I'm concerned my problems will get worse and I'll die young. What should I do?
