Will gaba lesson the effects of xanex withdrawal?
I've heard of this new suppliment gaba that reduces anxiety. will it help at all with withdrawal from xanex?

It didn't help me. I was physically sick for 6 weeks when I went off of xanex. Vomiting, nausea and weakness. My insurance went out and I had to quit taking xanex suddenly, but if you go off of it gradually, the withdrawals won't be so bad. Mentally I was also addicted. That took a while longer to get over. Now I take Adivan. It's not as good as xanex, but it works for anxiety. This gaba supplement didn't work at all. Good Luck!
