Ok need help! What's wrong with me?
Well here's the thing... I need to find a new job and the problem is I'm afraid to look for a job... its not that I don't want to work its just that I don't think I can do it... I don't really have confidence to say that I can do it and then I don't really consider myself as part of the in crowd so its harder for me to talk to other people sometimes.... that and also I'm gay which is just harder all together.. I always have doubt in my mind and it angers me because I know what I have to do.. And yet I still back down and I wish I wouldn't do that anymore... any suggestions to how to get rid of this problem? Is there something wrong with me?

You fear rejection. Lots of people do. Just force yourself to try. Sometimes you have to desensitize yourself to new, scary things. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.
