What could be wrong with me?
For the past few months I have had this weird feeling that nothing is real, like I'm living in a dream. Also, my thoughts have been getting jumbled up in my head and I have a hard time concentrating.. I can't remember alot of things and sometimes I have no idea what day it is or what the time is. I feel kind of lost as well..Things that seemed familiar to me look almost foreign now..It's a really scary feeling.. What do you think is causing this?

Some times these are normal feelings. other times stress or a loss of a loved one, new surroundings any type of depression will add to this.your health seems to be good but I would have a complete physical and blood workup and make sure you tell the doctor what is going on with you..you are young and you may harboring something or a feeling ....please get checked kara
