1. Get 8 hours sleep
2. Drink 64 ozs water a day (at least!)
3. Eat healthy meals w/ lean meats, veggies, fruits and lowfat dairy
4. Cut out sugar and caffine
5. Work out daily alternating low and high impact workouts
6. Wear proper shoes for your workout
7. Meditate or try yoga to keep youself centered
8. Keep a photo of your best self taped to the bathroom mirror
9.Join a support group
10. Get a dog!
