What's wrong with me..?

I'm so frustrated. I don't know if I'm depressed.. I constantly hurt myself by hitting my head and slapping my face. I don't know why, I can't help it.. Something is wrong with me and I can't figure it out.. Help me please

The only person I can talk to is my boyfriend. And I don't want to tell him this because I don't want him to freak out. My parents are useless and they could really care less. I don't have any friends except for my boyfriend. My one and only friend moved away.

Hmm, well hitting yourself is not a good thing, It sounds to me, that you have a short temper when it comes to dealing with thing even those are personal issues that you might have.
You could also have a form of direct syndrome, there is different types of it, or it may just be something compulsive.
If you don't know if your depressed your probably not depressed.. The slapping thing sounds a bit odd, I seen people hit their head and say something like I'm dumb *** at the same time. that is a sign of frustration about something it may not be toward yourself but you might be frustrated about something else and you don't know how to cope with it, the slapping might be a sign of being or getting compulsive, Then again I have no idea what your problems are, there for I might be completely wrong, One good question would be, Do you hit your head and slap yourself in front of your family and friend and or in public? In that case it might be something serious. So try to figure out what are all the problems that you are going through with right now and figure out, which are the problems that bother you the most, and If you don't have a problem dealing with those problems, then I recommend for you to see a therapist or psychologist.
