Effexor and sleep?!

Effexor and sleep?

I have been taking Effexor XR for 3 weeks now and I have been having trouble sleeping. The doctor says it is a side effect. It is getting worse affecting my sleep almost every night now. Anyone else have this problem?

Well me i have been taking effexor for 3 years now,i take one in the morning effexor Xr 150Ma and one at night effexor Xr 75.And all the rest for sleeping i take Quetiapine 200Mg 5.tab a night and i sleep well.But my pills works for me,it doesn't mean it would work for you.That's the doctor to decide what we should take cause he noes what he is doing to help us to be on the wright track.
