What is the best way to change sleeping patten?!


Question:

What is the best way to change sleeping patten?

I normaly go to bed at 6am and get up at 3pm i worked nights.Recently i am inbetween jobs and need to got up at right time and sleep at right time.No matter what it seems i am that used to how i was sleeping i cant seem to get up early and always wake up at 4pm ect.What would be the best way to change this.SERIOUS answers plz.


Answers:

get up one hour earlier and go to bed on hour early until you are back in the right sleep pattern. or simple stay awake for longer and then go to sleep. its hard really hard I used to work nights.
