1 week on Zoloft 25mg, just started 50mg, is this too fast?
my doctor told me to up my dose after a week of 25mg, ive been taking the 50mg for 3 nights now and i felt very faint tonight. maybe a panic attack? not sure. should i lower my dose?

That regime sounds fine but - take it in morning as it affects the REM stage of sleep . However you are also having a mild side effect that should pass in time - they say it takes 4 weeks to know whether you will benefit from this drug - good choice of antidepressant though .
