Where can i check, online, to see if i have some signs of depression?

I'm starting to think i could be depressed. I've been feeling very sad lately, i cry almost every night but I don't know why. I think it could be that i am changing schools again, but i didn't feel this way the last time i changed schools. I'm not expieriencing physical pain and have not thought of suicide or death. I'm 13 years old. I just want to check to see if I have some of the symptoms before i talk to my mom about it, and if i do have to talk to her, how do i tell her? what if she thinks i am over reacting?

also, i've been having problems with sleep. Like tonight for instance, i've been up since 8:00am and it is now 5:00am of the next day and i have to MAKE myself go to sleep! Isn't porblems with sleep a sign of depression?

At your age, it proberly isn't depression. more likely, hormones.
Teenage depresion is sometimes looked over though because of that.
