Over the last month ive threw up 3 times think it may be realated to bi polar?
when I get scared or smoke to much I blow chunks is that normal for a mentaly ill person? or sometimes both but after I throw up I dont cough no stop like before might be mucious or Im not at the point where im vomiting blood although I did upchuck a red liquid that looks like blood but not sure im concerned about my health any suggustions?

If you smoke too much, you will throw up. That's normal for anyone whether mentally ill or not. Being very scared you throw up can also be normal, depending on the level of fear and the situation. If the emotional reaction is much higher than needed, there is probably an underlying issue that should be discussed with a professional.
