iv had deppresion on n of for years and panic attacks have been on cittalopram for a bout 9 years but is there any site to talk to other sufferers when these panic attacks come
feels like its ur last breath

I've experience with both. Ask you doctor about cognitive behavioural therapy. It really helps. Good luck and the key is to think positively :)
