I usually have the habit of studying in the morning but then i find it hard to keep myself awake .what to do?

i am 19 doing engineering.I am not one of the night bugs coz i respect my sleep but i need to study as well and i am trying hard to do it in the morning around3.45am btu the problem is even after gud 6 hours of sleep i find it hard to concentrate.Please help me....

well that is a good question. would 8 hours or 6 hours of sleep be best for you. well the answer to that would completely depend on the amount of work the body does during the day. as a person who wouldnt be working or exercises daily would generally need 6 hours sleep but it depends on the amount of stress undertaken by the brain during your study hours. as you are an engineering student i would say a good soild 7 hours of sleep would be the best for you combined with a good eating plan since you are exhausting all your energy while studying. also the best way to keep your body going for longer is to regulary try some anerobic excersises like yoga. if you are a person, like me who studies, works, and also hits the gym on a daily basis 8 hours sleep would be the best since your brain and body has worn out by the end of the day.
