BAD side effects of SSRI !!!??
my GOD i was taking cepram ,it was so bad i have to leave it , what should i do doctors prescribed me ssri , pls read my other questions too
help me , i should exercise ....but...i m too lazy ...what vitamins... should i use ...?

Ok, what were the side effects that were so bad that you had to stop taking it. Does because you had a bad reaction with this SSRI. I am on citalopram myself and it did make me worse to begin with though that is clearing now.
Go back to the doctor and get a different prescription. As for exercise, don't do anything heavy, try taking a dog for a walk, or if you don't have one, just go for a stroll somewher nice.
