i keep on almost passing out i get mad at everybody when sometimes i get sad i don't know why what its going on with me my head some feels like a truck hit my head some times i feel like i'm going to be sick i don't know what is going on can you help me plz

i have started period,thes things with me has been going on for about 2 weeks period years a go i started that

Honestly this sounds more like a physical problem with the intense headaches. However it also sounds like depression. Either way, I believe the answer is to discuss this with your Doctor the sooner the better.

PS. Everyone on this board seems to be saying you are "bipolar" your symptoms do not fit with bipolar disorder. Look them up before you try to diagnose.
