OCD is Obsessive Compulsive disorder where one has obsessions like obsessions with cleanliness,with thinking about something over and over again.In order to get rid of these obsessions which are anxiety provoking the person has to perform certain acts known as compulsions such as cleaning, washing hands, checking doors and windows to make sure they are locked.The person knows that it is abnormal but continues to do so.
