If you got hurt?!


Question:

If you got hurt?

We all got really hurt sometimes, but am interested what you do when you got hurt or going trough ruff times, what do you tell yourself or what do you do to make yourself feel better?


Answers:

I retreat in prayer, let out a good cry. Pouring it all out releases the heavy feeling. Then I surround myself with people who genuinely care for me.

Afterwards, I tell myself: I'll get through this. Nothing is forever. It can only get better.
