im searching for books on subjects like Dependency in Relationships ,love addiction,self esteem /self confidence problems. any suggestions on good books that can offer a kind of self therapy?

There are literally thousands of books on these topics. All you have to do is check out any bookstore or online bookseller. I personally would recommend Dr Phil's books over most of them. They don't sugarcoat anything, but they can really help.
