From my personal experience, I would say no it is not a good drug to take if you get sick from anti-depressants. I took many anti-depressants in the treatment of chronic depression, not one of those medications made me sick. I was prescribed respirdal because the anti-depressants were causing too much weight gain. I actually became sick off of the drug, so I would say if you get sick on the anti-depressants, then you will probably get much sicker on the respirdal. If the doctors misdiagnose you and you take the medication, it can also cause severe side effects such as hallucinations, and worsen any condtion you may currently have. I do not recommend the medication.
