Ive become a Kleptomaniac...what should I do??
I keep losing jobs because I cant stop myself from stealing. I dont talk to my best friend anymore because I stole from him. I have no money to get any help. What should I do??

You stated that you had no money to get any help. This makes me wonder whether what you steal for is the monetary value of the items. This in this case is not kleptomania but simple thievery. Kleptomania is stealing on impulse and often without realizing it consciously for the thrill of it not for gain. Kleptomania is not recognized by courts of law as a defense for theft.
Type "kleptomania" into Yahoo! search and a number of links comes up most apropo. Wikipedia is a good short introductory summary of the disorder.
If you know you are stealing from people why not just secretly or openly give it back? If you have hocked it or other wise sold it you are not a kleptomaniac but a thief!
