How do you get through to someone with a mental disorder?!

Question:

How do you get through to someone with a mental disorder?

My wife started accusing me off having another woman, another baby, and of having her arrested about fur months ago. Just over three months ago, due to whatever mental illness she has (she will not go to a doctor), she became very afraid of me after a verbal argument we have over her accusations. next thing I know I was in jail. I got out of jail and she signed to raise the order against me, but continued to accuse me of the same things over and over as we (I) tried working on our marriage. she eventually became scared again and I was placed back in jail two more times.
I haven't sen her but once in three weeks. she sits in the house in the dark most of the time. She is convinced that she is going to jail for life (for no reason) and that she is hearing voices in the house at night. she is sure that the law is talking to her friends and family and doesn't trust me.
what illness is this a sign of?will there ever be normalcy? I will never walk away from her and this all breaks my heart.

Yes, I went to court four times and it cost me bundle, but all of the charges were dropped. Let me tell you the system is really against a man in this case.
We have been together 10 years, only married 10 months ago. We lost our pregnancy the day after we were married and she never recovered mentally. That is when things really started slipping away and the accusations of me cheating and all of the other stuff I mentioned began to com nonstop. I didn't see how bad it was getting until it was too late. This was our second miscarriage, the first was about eight months prior to the second.
My wife also have a thyroid disorder that she is not tending to due to all of this as well. Could that have something to do with her mindset?
I finally have here an appointment on Monday and her aunt is taking her, she will not go anywhere with me. You guys have no idea what it's like to have your wife love you one day and hardly know you (and be deathly afraid of you) the next, life sucks.

Answers:

Call the police and her parents. She needs intervention.
