Ok so i do have OCD
But all of a sudden i have had the erge to say spoon every 5 minutes
why is this happenibng all of sudden??
im only 12
and the doc said it would get better
but its getting worse
what should i do to avoid the affects of OCD?

OCD is a serious condition and will power has nothing to do with stopping it. If your doctor said it is supposed to be getting better and you feel it is getting worse you should go to him or her again and say that it is getting worse. Your doctor may be able to prescribe a stronger medecine that might help control your compulsions.
