Terrible dreams?
Lately I been having this strange dream for a couple years now like i will be at this cliff or whatever it is and someone will push me and i will see a white flash or white light and then i will wake up. What could be the cause of me having this dream? Should i go to a doctor about it? I also talk in my sleep and I walk around i remember some of it but not that much

Sounds to me you are very stressed out and also insecure. You should see a doctor before your mental health deteriorates.
