Is Schizophrenia heredity,genetic..can it be brought on by emotional trauma,too many pregancies?? etc?
how does one get this nightmare,must be one of the most severe or the most serious mental illness anyone could possiblily get?? were does it come from?? what brings it on?? who most likely to get it????

Schizophrenia has a lot of causative factors. Hereditary, emotional trauma, family problems, and stress are to name a few. Actually, you get Schizophrenia if you are unable to cope with these factors. If you can successfully cope with these factors in your life, your chances of having schizophrenia would lessen to nearly nothing. Usually, adolescents and young adults are prone to this because of their high stress level.
Note: You cannot cure Schizophrenia. You can only control the symptoms which are associated with it. Meaning you would need to be monitored for recurrences your whole life.
