Fear of Dying?!?!?!

Fear of Dying?!?!?

I have the absolute worst fear of dying and I want to know if anyone shares this with me...I actually wake up in cold sweats and hyperventilating. I have been like this since I was about 7 years old and since I've had kids it has gotten a 1000x worse. It is affecting my life and I don't know what to do...is there anyone else out there???

I share your fear. Whenever I think about dying, my entire body goes stone cold and I start st shake. I just try not to think about it.
