I'm always so angry at everything, whats wrong with me?

It seems like every little thing makes me angry and makes me cry. I dont know what to do. Like if my dog starts barking non stop I'll go insane or anything, like the littlest things make me angry. One time I got so angry that I smashed a piggy bank on my head and I actually felt a bit better? Always feel so angry and then I'll end up pulling out a knife and crying. I dont know whats wrong with me

The fact that you are aware that something is wrong is good. You need to talk to a professional. Even if you don't have insurance, are without a job, or are a minor, call someone and tell them you need to talk to someone now. Don't stop trying until you have an appointment and the sooner the better.
