does anyone else experience this & please describe yours to me

Not sure if it is what your referring to, but there have been times where I am actually lucid dreaming. I know I am laying in bed dreaming. I want to wake up and move, but do not have the abilility at all. As though I am paralized. I have had some very frightening times. Once I wake up, It really was not that frightening, but while trying to move and unable to, it is quite scary. I literally have to concentrate on moving an arm or leg to "snap" me out of it.
