I have hypomania and depressive mood swings.?

I am so lost in this world. Can someone pull me out of this rut with some advice on what I should and can do?

Sounds like you have Bi-Polar disorder and if that is the case there are loads of medications out there to control it call your doctor or a psychiatrist and they will know what to do good luck to ya!
