I have gradually weaned down my dose. I have been on 12.5mg the past month or so and now I have not taken anything in a week and I feel lightheaded and nautious. It's not very comfortable. Don't tell me to not stop taking it... I am fine emotionally. Thanks.

The withdrawal symptoms can last a few weeks. You might want to cut your 12.5 dose in half for a while, then taper off that. Going from 12.5 to nothing is a big change.
About 2 weeks after you get off Paxil completely, be sure to take 50-300mg of 5HTP for a few months or your original problem may very well return.
