Sexual Side Effects Due To AntiDepressants?

i am going to be most likely starting some sort of antidepressant soon and i know most cause some sexual side effects in alot of people..my question is how long do these side effects usually last?

The doctor can either give you something that is known to have fewer problems straight off, or can add something that will balance the problem right away. The bad thing is, you have to get on the drugs first, to find out which ones cause sexual dysfunction in you. It is hard to say how long these side affects will usually last since it is an individual thing. But, it only takes being off of the meds for 3 weeks to stop the effects. For me, they were able to add a med that balanced things out for more than just sexual dysfunction. It also balanced out my mood.
