Has anyone ever phoned the b-eat helpline? (previously the eating disorder association)?
Were they useful, and what do they do..talk about it and give you advice, or tell you that you are just being silly?
Answers:
i've never called that specific hotline, but i have called a hotline before. generally they will ask you what's going on and let you talk about whatever you want. they'll sympathize with you and some will offer advice. they would never tell you you were just being silly. if they did, then i'd report them.
