It got so afraid over nothing...?

I sat up all night holding my pellet gun to the doorway because I heard a breek on the stairs. It was horrible. What's wrong wiht me?

Have you ever been tested for a personality disorder, such as paranoia? What you described is unreasonable if there isn't a problem. Were you on drugs? It could be a side effect, paranoia.
