Promising myself not to do it again...?
i have cut myself 2 or 3 times. i know it is wrong, but i can't help it. i really want to stop, because im so scared someone will find out, ecspecially when i go to my doctor. i promise to myself i wont do it again, but then i do it anyway. how can i make sure i dont do this. please don't sugest going to a doctor or telling someone, that would only cause more problems and cause me to cut more. i am too young for meds and i don't go to church becuase im not religious.

my friends went through the same thing. and church doesnt help. i mean in my perspective it makes me feel i have to be a better person wich stresses me. wat i used to do was get a rubber band and wen ever i wanted to cut just pull bak on the band and let go. then it gives me the same pain. without hurting my body.
