I think I may have insomnia but I am not sure??
I have a hard time going to sleep almost every night. Even when I know I have to get up early and go to work. I know I will feel like crap the next day at work but I just cant manage to go to bed early. I always end up thinking about financial problems or relationship problems right when I want to go to sleep and it's like I am scared to go to sleep because I dont want to face tomorrow. Do I need to see a doctor for this and maybe get on medication?
