Moody and sad are a part of life friend. Life has its ups which are only fully apreshiated because we know what it feels like to be sad and upset. Has something happened lately?

Sad emotions are perfectly healthy and normal as long as they are delt with. Express how you feel, write in a journal, tell someone, so something creative, what ever you have to do to work through it.

If you are constantly sad and moody for more then a week or two I would look into talking to someone, for there might be something more serious to deal with. Serious, but nothing shameful, emotional disorders affect millions of people and when delt with properly are no worries. And there are many great councelors and psychologists out there to help too. (But be warry there are many bad ones too, so if you have a bad experience, just keep looking.)

A good place to start is at your local hospital, if you phone in they usually have on call councelors avalible for you to talk to who can give you a basic assesment, and recomend you to someone who they think would best suit you. Or if you prefer a more annonomys aproach you can always go on Yahoo local and search for psychologists.

(And even if you don't have insurance they have plenty of free or subsidised clinics in even the smallest of towns.)
