CITALOPRAM Thoughts?!

CITALOPRAM Thoughts?

Does this SSRI cause my symptoms. I am having work problems and my head is going mad. I am thinking all the time about work, cannot clear my head of thoughts.My head really hurts. I am not dropping in mood like before, but my thoughts are so busy and cannot relax.
I am not sure how to reply to your answers??

I have been on them for 2 and 1/2 months. I feel good most of the time, more awake and active. When I start to go downhill its like my head is fighting not to go downhill. It makes me get a headache.

I am having very vivid dreams which I never use to get.

I was on it for awhile. So far, it was the only medication that made me happier, but I couldn't handle the side effects. I was tired all the time to the point where it interfered with my life. I also gained a lot of weight on it.
