Whats going to happen next with me?
umm, a few months ago i got in a really bad situation, and was hospitalised, and it was terrible, but i was happy, because i finally had people to talk to, and this psycologist person at the hospital spoke to me and said that i really need counselling, or possibly more than that and sent my file to someone. he said they would be in touch and my parents kept talking about it, but nothing has happened and it was six months ago. i feel completely abandoned. why has nothing happened??

Because unfortunately the national health service is completely underfunded, especially when it comes to counselling services. Keep pressing the issue to make sure they don't forget you and the meantime there are other organistations you can contact. The charity "Mind" is one that comes to erm.. mind
