I don't think so. How can you classify cannabis with cocaine, heroin, LSD ect.
Think of some of the meds on the market now like Oxycontin. it's legal by prescription but is highly addictive. A friend's brother got hooked on it to the point where he shot it up. He first got hooked legally. He was given a prescription for it.
so no. i don't think cannabis is a hard drug, i agree with an answerer above me it's more a political thing.
