I have ADHD?

I have ADHD and I still take the pills. If you have ADHD and don't take them how old we're you when you stopped taking the pills?

This is not *really* an answer to your question but I'm 29 and I still take Ritalin. More adults are taking the pills into adulthood. It just depends on the course the disorder takes.

I stay on a low dose by using lots of other 'coping' strategies: I use my palm pilot diligently, I exercise and eat right (especially reducing sugar and other stimulants), etc etc...

Don't feel guilty/bad about taking the pills. If they're helping you, then what's the harm??
