Is this a dangerous side effect from taking adderall?!

Is this a dangerous side effect from taking adderall?

My feet get cold and knees turn blueish purple whenever I am on adderall. My muscles also start hurting after a few hours on it in different parts of my body. It really helps me concentrate so I hope I can stay on it. what do you think?
