I don't know if my brother would bound someone head in with a rock for me. But I think that is anger issues. Maybe you should learn to count to 10 or whatever helps you to gain more control. Or try to see if they're doing this to make you angry. Um.. or just walk away all together. Also you could try working out when your angry and putting that toward something postive like you health. Hope that helps.
