Question about med's....?

I currently take lithium, seraqual, ambien, lacimactal, effexor, and klonpin (sorry for the misspellings). Lately I have been having hallunications and terrible anixety problems.......what can the dr. do to help with the hallunications and anxiety? It seems like none these med's are working.....serious answers only...help.
Is there something else, I should be asking my dr. for?

I really feel that your doctor over-medicated you. Some of these meds may be counteracting others. I would either see another doctor for a re-evaluation, or let your current doctor know of the problems you are having--and see what he/she can do to change that.

I think that the hallucinations and anxiety are being caused by mixing all of these medications--and that you probably just need the Klonopin (for anxiety and panic), and possibly the Seroquel (which is used to treat both bipolar and schizophrenia).

in the upper right hand search box, type in anxiety and hallucinations (separately, if nothing comes up with them together). Check out what treatments are generally given for each - then call the doctor. You can also find a lot out from your pharmacist--who is more trained in medications than is your doctor--and knows which meds should not be taken together.
