Psychiatrists or doctors who know a lot about medicine and anti-depressants??

What do you know about the medicine called Fluoxetine? Is it allowed to be perscribed by a regular doctor?? because i just found out that my mentally insane (literally) mother is secretly feeding it to me and i have never visited a psychiatrist, psychologist, or any kind of therapist in my life. i know its a low-dose anti depressant, but do you know anyting else about it??

If it wasn't perscribed to you , and you did not go to the Doctor for a problem , then it is illegal for her to give you a controled substance.
